These Terms of Service apply when you visit or buy from https://twopandas.ae, operated by Two Pandas FZ LLE under the Two Pandas brand. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.

About Two Pandas

Two Pandas sells athletic chalk products through its online store and selected sales channels.

Products and Availability

We try to display product information accurately, including product names, descriptions, images, variants, prices, availability, and currency. Product colours, packaging, scents, sizes, stock availability, and prices may change from time to time.

Minor differences may occur because of screen settings, packaging updates, manufacturing variation, storage, or normal product settling. Please follow product instructions, including:

• shaking liquid chalk before use (especially if left sitting for a while);
• storing liquid chalk between 15°C and 25°C (59°F to 77°F) in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight; and
• using the liquid chalk within three months of first opening.

If left sealed, liquid chalk will expire after 24 months from the date of purchase.

Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the products in your cart. We may accept or reject an order for reasons including stock errors, payment issues, incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions, or operational constraints.

An order is confirmed only when we issue an order confirmation or begin processing the order. If we cannot fulfil an order after payment, we will contact you through the details provided at checkout and arrange an appropriate refund or remedy.

We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason whatsoever.

Prices, Currency, and Payment

Prices on the website are shown in AED. Taxes are included where shown at checkout.

Payment is processed through the payment methods available at checkout. Do not send payment details through the contact form or by any other unsecured method.

Shipping

Shipping is handled under our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates unless we expressly state otherwise for a specific order.

Two Pandas currently delivers online orders within the United Arab Emirates only, and delivery availability follows the areas currently serviced by Noon. This fulfilment setup may change in the future.

Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Returns, refunds, replacements, and order-issue requests are handled under our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Two Pandas does not currently accept physical product returns for delivered chalk products. If there is a genuine order issue, customers should use the website contact form and provide the information reasonably needed for review.

Use of the Website

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with checkout, attempt unauthorised access, submit false information, copy or scrape the website in a way that harms performance, or use the website for unlawful activity.

Third-Party Platforms and Marketplaces

Our website may link to or reference third-party platforms, including social media, Amazon, Noon, or other retail or marketplace channels. Those platforms have their own terms, privacy policies, prices, delivery rules, and return processes. Purchases made outside twopandas.ae are handled according to the relevant platform or seller policy.

Intellectual Property

Two Pandas branding, product images, logos, website content, packaging, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Two Pandas FZ LLE. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use them commercially without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Two Pandas is not responsible for indirect losses, loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or losses caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be limited.

Governing Law and Legal Review Note

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these terms, the website, or any order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the DIFC Small Claims Tribunal.
