Refund policy

Two Pandas FZ LLE operates the Two Pandas online store at https://twopandas.ae. This Returns & Refunds Policy explains how we handle order problems, refunds, replacements, and return requests.

Returns

Two Pandas does not currently accept physical product returns for delivered products. In most cases, if there is a genuine issue with your order, we will ask you to keep the item while we review whether a refund or replacement is appropriate.

Please do not send any product back to us unless we specifically ask you to do so.

When To Contact Us

Contact us through the website contact form if your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrect, or materially different from what you ordered.

Please contact us as soon as possible after delivery so we can review the issue while the order details are still current.

Information We May Request

To review a refund or replacement request, we may ask you to provide:

  • Your order number.
  • The name and contact details used for the order.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Clear photos or video of the product and packaging, where relevant.
  • Any other reasonable information needed to assess the request.

Refunds and Replacements

If we approve your request, we may offer a refund, replacement, or another reasonable remedy depending on the issue, product availability, and the circumstances of the order.

Approved refunds are processed to the same card or original payment method used for the purchase, where technically possible. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund after it has been processed.

If a replacement is approved, delivery timing will depend on stock availability and the available delivery route at that time.

Change of Mind

We do not currently accept returns or refunds for change of mind after an order has been delivered.

Opened or Used Products

Because our products are personal-use training products, opened or used items are not accepted for return. This does not prevent you from contacting us if the item is damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect.
