Two Pandas FZ LLE operates the Two Pandas online store at https://twopandas.ae. This Shipping Policy explains how online orders are delivered within the United Arab Emirates.

Delivery Area

Two Pandas currently delivers online orders within the United Arab Emirates only.

At this stage, delivery availability follows the areas currently serviced by Noon. If Noon does not deliver to a particular address or area, we may be unable to complete delivery to that address. This delivery approach may change when Two Pandas moves to its own fulfilment setup or another fulfilment partner.

Delivery Time

We aim to provide next-day delivery across eligible UAE delivery areas for orders placed before 6:00pm UAE time.

Orders placed after 6:00pm UAE time may be processed for the following delivery cycle. Delivery times may be affected by item availability, public holidays, courier or marketplace capacity, customer availability, incorrect address details, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Next-day delivery is an operational target, not a guaranteed delivery time, unless expressly confirmed in writing for a specific order.

Shipping Fees

  • Orders of AED 150 or more: free UAE shipping.
  • Orders below AED 150: AED 25 shipping fee.
  • Any order where you would like our CEO to personally deliver your order will incur an AED 1,000 shipping fee.

The final shipping fee is shown at checkout before payment.

Address and Contact Details

Please provide complete and accurate delivery details at checkout, including your delivery address, name, phone number, and email address. These details are required to process and deliver your order.

If an order cannot be delivered because the delivery address or contact details are incomplete or incorrect, we may contact you through the details provided at checkout to arrange the next available delivery option.

Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, missing, damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us through the contact form on our website as soon as possible. Include your order number and enough information for us to review the issue.
